Congresivo Constitutivo de la OPT Abre una Nueva Etapa en la Lucha del Movimiento Obrero Mexicano

El sábado 27 de agosto de realizó en la ciudad de México el Congreso constitutivo de la Organización Política Nacional (OPN), ahora OPT, Organización Política del pueblo y los Trabajadores.

El congreso contó con la presencia de 1,054 delegados quienes vinieron de 24 estados del país.

La constitución de la OPT es un acontecimiento que abre una etapa nueva en la lucha del movimiento obrero mexicano. La clase trabajadora intenta dotarse de una representación política propia retomando el camino de los trabajadores electricistas (del entonces SUTERM y su dirigente Galván) que en 1975 intentaron avanzar en el camino de la independencia política de clase con su famosa declaración de Guadalajara y sus movilizaciones y huelga.
